Logging In

Most of the issues we see can be resolved by making sure you’re logged in. Visit the login page or click on the blue login button at the top of any page.
You can verify whether you’re logged in by visiting the My Account page. Does it show all your pertinent information? If it doesn’t or takes you back to the login page, you may not be logged in.
But what happens if I can’t log in? Please use our Forgot Password page and you will be emailed instructions on how to reset your password.

Paid memberships have been eliminated. The site is completely free.
